I order a home and student office online and installed it, but when I opened up a word document, it says " unlicensed product " on the top. I tried so many ways already. I updated the date and calendar make sure it is on automatic. I turned off the fire wall make sure it doesn't not preventing from installing.
I log in as administrator, it is still nothing happened. I have tried uninstalled it and reinstalled again and again..
